Any use of the "MIDALIDARE Mobile App" means that you have carefully read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The General Terms and Conditions may be amended by "Midalidare Estate" EOOD (Ltd) unilaterally at any time, at its discretion or if such are imposed by virtue of an effective normative act. In any case of change, the General Terms and Conditions are mandatory for all users and "Midalidare Estate" EOOD (Ltd) will inform the Users about this by timely publication of the changes.

If you have chosen to install our App and register to use its features, you are required to provide the following personal data: name and surname, email and phone number. The means of collecting and exchanging data that we use are registration form and email.

Upon your explicit request to include the location of the end device, we process information about your location during the events we organize.

When using our mobile app, we may collect and process your personal data, such as identification data, contact info, location data, etc. when you:

• register to use our mobile app, and in this regard, provide information about yourself;
• interact with us by using our mobile app;
• interact with us through other means, such as via phone, fax, text message, email, social networks, etc. in regards to mobile apps.

We may process your data in order to send information about our products or events which might be of interest to you. If you are our registered user, we will contact you via email or a message in a mobile app with this information.

Our App may contain notifications about competitions, games and/or promotions for you to participate in, as well as links to such initiatives (for ex., in Facebook). We use the information you provide only if you have agreed to participate in such initiatives in order to contact you.

We do not disclose your data to third parties and do not share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Within Midalidare Estate Ltd and on a strict need-to-know basis, only a limited number of employees have access to your personal data. We have undertaken appropriate technical and organizational steps to protect your personal data.

Personal data may be submitted to national and/or law enforcing authorities if required by the applicable laws.

We store your data on dedicated EU servers, hosted by third parties. We use appropriate technical and organizational steps aiming to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized access.

In view of maximum security when processing, transferring and storing your data, we may use further protection mechanisms, such as encryption, pseudonymization, etc. You are responsible for the confidentiality of any and all means of identification (for ex., passwords), which you use to access the service.

Cookies are short text files or small information packages stored via the internet browser of your end device (PC, tablet, laptop or mobile phone) when you visit various applications, websites or web pages. The main goal of the cookies is to make the user identifiable when revisiting the App.

Our App uses cookies mainly to facilitate its usability, to improve its operation and information storage.

No personal data is stored in this process, i.e., the Administrator cannot identify you as a person through the cookies, therefore the Personal Data Protection Act is not applicable when collecting this information.

You may request from us to confirm whether your personal data is processed by us or not; you may request a copy of your personal data and/or request to correct such data. Under certain circumstances you may be entitled to request from us to delete your personal data, or on the grounds of the portability right, you may request to submit some of your personal data to you or to other persons.

Competent authorities for personal data protection:
If you believe that we are in violation of Bulgarian or EU laws, we kindly ask you to contact us and clarify the matter. You are certainly entitled to file a claim before the regulatory bodies of the EU and the Republic of Bulgaria in charge of personal data protection.
